Please see our Shipping page for information on flat shipping rates. if applicable, Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

please note that at present, LOCAL IMPORT TAXES AND FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE purchaser. please order at your own discretion.

Items are produced locally in New York, NY and made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production of the item before shipment. A tracking number with the estimate of delivery date will be provided upon shipment.

Wear with Care

By purchasing and using a Chapel product, you acknowledge that certain items may include sharp points, hinges, or other design features that could cause injury if mishandled. Chapel is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the wear, handling, or misuse of our jewelry, including incidents where Chapel jewelry is involved in accidental situations. We urge customers to wear Chapel jewelry responsibly and exercise caution, especially around sharp or hinged components.

Returns

As our items are made to order, please note that returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final.

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND WE WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS FREE OF CHARGE.

Appearance of Items

Items, especially tarnished Sterling Silver, may differ in appearance from those shown throughout the website. This is due to natural variations from the casting and tarnishing process.

Malleability and Fragility

Silver is a soft and fragile metal. 925 Sterling Silver is comprised of 92.5% pure silver, in order to increase its strength . Even so, Sterling Silver items must be handled with care, and items like bracelets and rings may be stretched or altered over time as they are worn on a moving body.

repairs

chapel offers free repairs for damage incurred within 30 days of delivery. repairs after this point may incur a small delivery fee at chapel’s discretion.
